Texts
Unless otherwise stated, the texts made available by ADEME on the filieres-rep.ademe.fr website may be reused in any medium (paper, electronic) in France, and on French websites or websites intended for France.
This authorisation does not constitute a licence. It is granted on a provisional basis and does not confer the right to adapt or modify the elements used. It may be withdrawn by ADEME at any time. As such, ADEME provides no guarantee of any kind, which the user expressly acknowledges.
Authorisation is granted on condition that the user systematically and visibly indicates the source, in the following manner:
Source ADEME (www.ademe.fr). In the event of reuse in a digital medium, this shall be accompanied by a hypertext link to the ADEME website.
Reuse may not be of a directly or indirectly commercial nature. In case of doubt, anyone wishing to reuse a document should contact ADEME.
This authorisation does not exempt the user from respecting the rights of third parties.
Videos
Users may view and share videos accessible from filieres-rep.ademe.fr on other electronic communication media free of charge. Users agree to access the videos solely for streaming purposes, such that the data is intended to be viewed in real time and not downloaded (whether permanently or temporarily), copied, stored or redistributed.
Iconography: logos, trademarks, photographs, illustrations, Flash animations
The iconographic elements (logos, trademarks, images, photographs, illustrations, Flash animations) reproduced on this site are the property of ADEME or their respective owners. Any use is prohibited without the express agreement of ADEME or the owners.
If you have signed a written contract with ADEME precisely describing the manner in which you may use its iconographic elements, you do not need to follow this consent procedure, unless you wish to modify the terms of use defined in your existing contract.
Under no circumstances may the reuse of a document, the mention of ADEME or any of its distinctive signs, or references to its website be made in a manner that would suggest that ADEME has supported or approved the user's products, services or activities, or that it has sponsored, accepted or endorsed them.
ADEME reserves the right to take action against anyone who fails to comply with these terms and conditions.
