Identify the scheme or schemes 

applicable to your products 

Determine the EPR scheme(s) corresponding to your products by consulting the scope of each scheme. Even if your products are not concerned by any of the schemes, your packaging is. You must comply with the Household packaging and graphic papers scheme.

Join 

the accredited PROs 

Find the accredited producer responsibility organisations for your schemes and contact them to enquire about their fees and their membership procedures. You can also opt to meet your producer responsibilities alone by setting up an accredited individual compliance scheme.

Obtain your unique 

identification numbers (UIN)

You must have unique identification numbers (UIN) to prove your compliance with the regulations. The PROs that you join must provide you with them.

Report your data each year

By submitting your data to the PROs, which will then report them to ADEME.
