Accessibility statement 

ADEME is committed to making its websites, intranet, extranet, mobile applications, etc. accessible in accordance with Article 47 of French Law No. 2005-102 of 11 February 2005. 

To this end, it is implementing the following strategy and actions :

This accessibility statement applies to the filieres-rep.ademe.fr website.

COMPLIANCE STATUS

The filieres-rep.ademe.fr website is partially compliant with the General Policy Framework for Accessibility Improvement (RGAA), version 4.1.2, due to the instances of non-compliance mentioned below. 

TEST RESULTS 

The compliance audit carried out by Conserto on 04/03/2024 reveals that 67.2% of the criteria of version 4.1.2 of the RGAA are met. For information only, the average compliance rate for the site is 93%. You may consult the detailed audit report by request in PDF format.

PREPARATION OF THIS ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT 

This statement was drawn up on 4 March 2024.

Content rendering checks were performed based on the combination provided by the RGAA 4.1 reference framework, with the following versions:

  • NVDA 2023.3 and Chrome
  • NVDA 2023.3 and Firefox

REMEDIES 

This procedure is to be used in the following case.

You have reported an accessibility issue to the website manager that prevents you from accessing content or one of the portal’s services, and you have not received a satisfactory response. 

Validity of the accessibility statement 

The accessibility statement is valid from its date of publication. It shall be updated: 

  • at the date of any substantial modification or overhaul of the website concerned.
  • 3 years after the date of publication of the statement, or,
  • 18 months after the date of publication of a new version of the policy framework, for persons applying the technical method. 

However, it may be desirable to update the accessibility statement more regularly, including for the same version of the technical method, in order to highlight efforts made and update the percentage of criteria met. 

Publication of the accessibility statement 

The accessibility statement is published on the Internet in an accessible format.

For websites, the accessibility statement is published on the website concerned. It is made available on an accessibility page, directly accessible from the home page and from any page on the website.

For mobile applications, it is available on the Internet site of the organisation that developed the application or appears with other information available when downloading the application. The compliance status is specified within the application.

For other online public communication services, it is available on the website of the organisations responsible for managing or providing them.

The accessibility statement is submitted via an online service in accordance with the procedures jointly established by France’s Minister for Disabled People and Minister for Digital Technology. 

Response to users 

The organisation concerned provides users with the possibility of making complaints online concerning the accessibility of its online public communication services. It acknowledges receipt of these complaints in accordance with the provisions of Article R112-3 of the French Code of Relations between the Public and the Administration (Code des relations entre le public et l’Administration). The acknowledgement of receipt shall include the information mentioned in Article R112-5 of the same Code.

The organisation concerned shall respond to any complaint within one week of the date of its submission. If the user's complaint raises one or more complex issues that justify a longer review period, the response shall indicate a reasonable time frame for the final response. The complex nature of the issues raised shall be duly justified.

The user shall identify themself in their complaint in accordance with the provisions of Article R112-9-1 of the same Code.

If the information provided by the user in their complaint is incomplete or insufficiently clear, the organisation concerned shall ask them to complete or clarify it and shall inform them of the reasonable time frame for handling its final response after receipt of the requested additional information.
